Gallardo Photography — Model Release

This Model Release grants Gallardo Photography permission to use images of the person named below. Please read it in full before signing. If the model is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the Guardian Consent section.

Grant of Rights

For good and valuable consideration — which may include the photography session provided, images delivered, and/or a discounted or complimentary session rate — I grant Gallardo Photography, its owners, and those acting with its permission the irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display the photographs taken during my session, in any medium now known or later developed, for the following purposes:

  • Portfolio and sample galleries (online and in print)
  • The Gallardo Photography website and client galleries
  • Social media accounts and posts
  • Advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
  • Business displays, exhibitions, and photography competitions

Terms

  • Copyright. All photographs remain the exclusive property and copyright of Gallardo Photography.
  • No compensation. I waive any right to royalties, payment, or other compensation arising from the use of the images described above.
  • No approval rights. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, edits, or any copy or materials that may be used with them.
  • Release of claims. I release and hold harmless Gallardo Photography from any claims related to the authorized use of the images, including claims of invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation.
  • Good-faith use. Gallardo Photography agrees not to knowingly use the images in any unlawful, defamatory, or intentionally unflattering manner.
  • Voluntary. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that the statements above are true.
